Is a nice concept. However as much as I love adventure, there are some designs on your catalog that I must have.

I read in the description that if I send a mail along with my order. Then you can put in the tees of my choice. Wanted to confirm on that.

Hi Azsharael, the adventure bag has tees only from the archives. Drop us an email at hello@captainkyso stating which designs from the archives you would like. In case we are able to offer them to you, we will confirm. If not, then we shall be putting in t-shirts of our choice. Having said so, in case you have previously ordered with us, we do make sure that we do not repeat any of the tees that you have already purchased.

I really dig your concept and am hopeful the tees will be the right fit for me. However I have to say the website interface is pretty awful. No shopping kart, no ability to process multiple orders. I cant keep adding tees and shopping on. No discounts on bulk orders etc etc. If you guys build a solid infrastructure to back up your tees on then there is no reason why Captain Kyso cannot leave Threadless behind in its wake.

I have placed an order for a graphic t last night n i havent seem to receive any confirmation concerning my purchase , d amount asked has been deducted from d source bt my profile still says dat u havent placed any order with. Captainkyso .... So can someone me help to get out of d matter and tel me wen can i expct my product to b delivered !!!

Hi Jefferyraj007, We don't charge separately for shipping, so you won't have to pay anything for shipping for multiple orders. You will have to place multiple orders separately, but once your details have been filled in the order page, you won't have to do that again. I hope this helps.

Ive just joined in here..and already have picked up ur awesome tees.
Now I like designing, sketching nd all.. and wanna know how do i submit my designs?
In what format and medium do i submit them in?
Are there any specs.. any rules? What type of print they have to be?

Hi Nimrod, It would be great if you submitted designs to get printed over here. We have a complete section for submission. You can access it @ http://www.captainkyso.com/submit-designs.aspx . This not only gives you a template which you can download for making the submissions, but also gives you all the technical specs in great detail. Also, there is a submissions faq section in our FAQs which you should definitely read to know more about our incentive structure, terms etc. But, beyond all this, whats really important is that we are looking for cool designs and designers and even if your artwork does not strictly fall into the guidelines that we have given, don't worry! you can always drop us an e mail at hello@captainkyso.com or call us on our office no. and someone will definitely let you know how we can take things forward. I had ordered for a t-shirt and chose a wrong size by mistake. I mailed them back if it could be changed ? They not only changed the size which i wanted but also delivered it the very next day.
AWESOME GUYS. Keep up the great work !!

Hi Avinash, ideally if you are using size M for other brands, our size M should fit you right. What shirt size do you you normally wear? And what is your height? Accordingly we can suggest a t-shirt size for you. Of course, in case the size doesnt fit, we readily take exchanges as well as returns..
